Crayon House was described as, "an architectural triple threat: playful, practical and sustainable" in issue (58) of Green Magazine.
A colourful house by Grieve Gillet Architects in Adelaide produces more energy than it consumes, and contains a space for brewing beer and tinkering with bikes.
Written by Noel Probert and featuring photography by Sam Noonan showcases Crayon House's bold use of colour, modesty in terms of footprint, energy needs, and in meeting our clients modest brief - to provide a comfortable forever home for its resident family.
