Haolin Bi

Architect

 

Haolin is a well-rounded architect with experience across a variety of sectors
including multi-residential, education, aged care, commercial, education and
heritage. He brings humour and strong interpersonal skills to manage design and
consultant teams, effectively solving problems and maintaining communication.

 

With a strong portfolio of mixed-use developments, Hao brings expertise in
combining multiple typologies with specific design guidelines, along with multi-storey construction. His commitment to quality and attention to detail facilitate smooth project coordination, documentation and adherence to budget and brief. He enjoys the technical challenge of working with heritage buildings and is able to investigate existing conditions and develop accurate documentation.

 

Hao believes we are all impacted by the spaces we inhabit in unique ways. As an
architect, he consciously crafts spaces that respect the user’s personal and cultural experiences to find the balance of client and user requirements. He seeks to blend the interaction of built form, nature and people to deliver projects of lasting impact.
