St Mary's College has been given the green light for the Construction of the West Terrace Year 12 Centre, Arts Facilities and Gymnasium expansion. The project also includes a new contemporary reception pavilion and the refurbishment of the State Heritage listed Boylan Building for the school's administration and ICT learning areas.

​Phase 1 works of the Copper Coast Sport & Leisure Centre Redevelopment are well underway in Kadina on the Yorke Peninsula. With second fix services, linings and finishes well advanced and the sprung timber sports flooring installed to the main three court basketball stadium.

​

During the construction, the original centre has remained fully operational and following the completion of Stage 1, the refurbishment of the existing facility will commence.

The awards will be announced on Friday, October 6 at SAHMRI and will complement the second addition of FORM Journal, which will be released in October. Voting is now open for the People's Choice Award, with a chance to win a Dowel Jones Thimble Stool thanks to 1k Chairs.

The new cellar door at Petaluma Wines in the Adelaide Hills was awarded a Commendation for Commercial Architecture at the South Australian Architecture Awards. The jury said “this project is a good example of the re-purposing of an existing small rural residential building within a minimal budget and tight development constraints.”

​

The project was also recognised as the Best Large Cellar Door in Gourmet Traveller WINE Australia’s Best Cellar Doors.

The Port Lincoln Aquatic Centre re-opened on Friday 3 March and has been described as “architecturally beautiful” and one of the best in the State, by Centre Manager Corey Slade.

In 2016 Port Lincoln City Council engaged Grieve Gillett Andersen to deliver the detailed design, documentation and construction refurbishment of the Port Lincoln Leisure Centre complex following an initial feasibility study undertaken by another architectural practice.
